Counting your windows can give you a guideline of the cost.  It is a simple process that not only gives you a good idea of the cost, but also helps us figure out how long the job will take.  You can choose whether to have inside or outside, or both cleaned. We can also come out and offer free estimates.

Determining a piece count for pricing:

Double hung windows (a top piece and bottom piece of glass where the bottom piece slides up and down) is counted as two pieces. Anything with a frame around it is counted.  Vertical patio doors where one piece slides side to side counts for each pane. Storm windows and pieces that can be removed and cleaned are all counted separately.

Crank out or casement windows:
Each piece that cranks out is counted separately. Or as in a bay window two may crank out and two are stationary. Pella windows may have a piece that can be unclipped which would need to be counted separately.

True Divided Light or Cutups: these are small panes of glass that make a large piece. Each pane is counted separately and charged a lower rate. This does not include those windows with removable mullions.

Plate glass windows or stationary pieces: usually found in your living rooms
